Melinda grew up in Australia and now calls Canada her home; she joined Maciel & Company in 2014. Melinda is responsible for the preparation of corporate year ends as well as income tax returns.
Melinda’s education consists of a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Newcastle, Australia and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting. She was awarded “The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia Prize for Management Accounting” for a paper detailing carbon management accounting shortly after her completed studies.
Melinda’s spare time is spent road trips, camping, kayaking and snowboarding.
